With a dimension of 3/8 x 1 ½ x 48" and produced in either Aspen or Cedar and on rare occasions Spruce, wood lath are sold in bundles of 50 pieces. The common uses are primarily for wood and wire sand/snow fence, and as stickers for air drying of dimension lumber. Some secondary uses are in residential and commercial gardens to help support top heavy plants such as tomatoes.

This strip of lumber is definitely multi-purpose, and not sold for its appearance. There has been recent demand for the product during protest marches used to support placards, etc. As is apparent in the multitude of uses, this product has no particular niche yet, but will be produced regularly. Specialty dimensions are possible with approximately four weeks delay before delivery.
